Somatic Coaching with Sula

My coaching aims to support to caretakers, changemakers, creatives, and high-performers to reach their goals holistically and in harmony with their uniqueness and their environment.

 

We work with the heart to transmute pain, loss, and setbacks, to break free from that which is weighing us down and holding us back, and create new visions, habits, and results in alignment with your divine purpose and in service of what we hold most sacred.

I use the heart-opening somatic practice called "EFT", in dialogue with Andean and Ayurvedic wisdom, to guide individuals through embodied inner work.

 

The ultimate goal is to generate change within and in the the greater web of life.
