August: Unfolding

This month is full of new beginnings, transitions, and unknowns: all the components of an adventure! Throughout it all, however, I intend to be present to my unfolding, in my personal and professional life; in my inner and outer life.

This month I remain anchored in the awareness that life is happening through me. I am a gentle vessel life.

This month I trust; I trust in the everlasting unfolding of sweet surprises.

This month I savor what is before my eyes, aware that I am a witnessing body with two eyes and physical senses. I am and I am a wit

ness at once. This month, I intend to hold dear the fact that life is similar to those time-lapses of flowers, opening, and blooming. Slowly unfolding. This month I savor this beauty of this miracle, this miracle called life.
