My coaching aims to support to caretakers, changemakers, creatives, and high-performers to reach their career and relationship goals holistically and in harmony with their uniqueness. Through somatic work we transmute pain, loss, and setbacks power, break free from inherited limitations and beliefs, and create new visions, habits, and results in alignment with your divine purpose in service of what you hold most sacred.

I use Ayurveda and the heart-opening somatic practice called "EFT", in dialogue with Andean wisdom, to guide individuals and communities to heal and take mindful action toward embodying the change they wish to see within and generating the change they wish to see in the greater web of life.
