June: Generosity

My intention in June 2020, is to embody generosity.

I am a generous listener and I am generous in my conversations. I listen to the voices that have been unheard and I listen for the possibility of that to change. I am generous to those making the change and I am generous to those understanding the change. I listen generously so as to curb my thoughts and allow space to just be with another human being. I am generous with my words and, most importantly, I am generous towards myself, with the gift of time to reflect, to feel, to get to know myself so that I may learn to love myself and thus, learn to love others.
